Born on January 14, 1990, in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, Kacy Esther Catanzaro showed an early passion for athletics. She began gymnastics at a young age and quickly excelled in the sport, eventually becoming a Division I gymnast at Towson University. After college, she transitioned to obstacle racing, where she gained notoriety for her impressive feats of strength and agility.
